Plain Wayne County (nee Rogers) of The Electric Chairs circa '77 as he was then called. Has long been a diverting somewhat unusual part of the original punk scene. His shock tactics scored a hit amongst the UK 1977 punk audience. And the then resident New York DJ liked it here so much he continued  to taunt us with songs like 'Fuck Off'. And the odd stage prop consisting of dildo's and flying dog food masquerading as turds! Whatever the critics said he was always gonna get column space. However when the first punk bubble burst Wayne took on a whole new gamble in life for Wayne turned into Jayne in 1983 and became punks first transsexual. She bragged "Five to six weeks after my final operation I had my first female orgasm!". Her music took a back seat in the 90's only playing rare shows that were pretty tame by comparison.
